Sanding agent is imported from Japan, featuring white color or no color transparent square crystal, slightly with acidity, with density of about 1.50. It is easy to get moisture in air, slightly melt in alcohols, extremely easy to melt in water. Water solvent demonstrates strong acidity, corrosive to skin. Used in aluminum and glass sanded surface treatment and disinfectants and preservatives Acetify industry. Beryllium oxide and metal beryllium solvent as well as Ferrosil processing agent. Cleaning of ceramics, magnesium alloy, boiler water feeding system and steam generating system manufacture, as well as acidification of oil field sand stone.Operating Conditions
Acidic Sanding Agent: 50~60g/L
Acidic Etching Agent A: 20~30g/L (liquid)
Acidic Etching Agent B: 10~20g/L (Powder compound)
Temperature: 35~45℃
PH: 2.8~3.2
Time: 5~10 min
Solution Control
- In production, you may base on aluminum material processing quantity to add sanding agent and pickling agent. Under normal conditions, production of 1 ton aluminum profile consumes 35~45kg sanding agent.
- Decide the volume of grinding agent to be added according to chemical analysis on sand surface pickling tank thickness(HF calculation) , usually12~14g/L，F－=30~35g/L.
