This product is made up of compounds, such as that are inhibitors, brightness adjustment agent, cleanser, surface active agent and so on. Compared to conventional alkaline etching agent technique, it has the following advantages:
- With full consideration of long service life of alkaline tank liquid and the function of leveling aluminum profile impresses, this new Alkaline Etching Agent can be used to produce both even profile and sanded profile.
- Improve aluminum ion (AL3+) complexation capability, achieves 140g/L without deposition.
- Utilizes proper surface activator, inhibitor for easier trickle and finer grains of aluminum profile leaving the alkaline etching tank.
- Easy control of tank liquid technique, low aluminum consumption, ease of maintenance and management.

Solution Control
- Analyze tank liquid free alkali and aluminum ion thickness to decide the volume of alkali and Alkaline Etching Agent to be added. Generally the production of each ton of sanded material consumes 35-45kg alkali and 4-6kg Alkaline Etching Agent, whereas for smooth material consumes 10~15 alkali and 1-2kg Alkaline Etching Agent.
- The volume of alkali to be added and the volume of Alkaline Etching Agent are 10~12:1.
- When production stops, please pay attention to heat preserving, or add alkali and alkaline etching agent to prevent off white product of tank liquid.
