Product Features
This product it made from strong oxidizer, stain removing agent, inhibitor, whitener, and so on. It is a new type of product developed our company based on advantages of products of the same kind from around the world, and on meticulous formula, for brightening aluminum profiles. It features powerful ash removing and whitening effects, when matched with original brightening tank, it will achieve even better effects. It is of low cost, low consumption and easy of operation.
Operating Conditions
Aluminum brightener: 50 g/L
Sulfuric acid: 150~180g/L
Time: 20~30s
Solution Control
- Decide the volume of sulfuric acid and Aluminum brightener to be added based on tested tank liquid density. Generally production of one ton aluminum profiles approximately consumes Aluminum brightener: 3~5kg.
- During operation, if brightening time is too long or stains are not properly removed, you may add Aluminum brightener based on practical experience.
