Product Features
This product is light green powder, comprised of nickel salts, cobalt salts, accelerators, stabilizers, penetrants, ash inhibitors, dispersants, surface active agents, and so on. Compared with conventional sealing agents, it has the following advantages:
- Strong buffer capacity of tank liquid, good performance in resisting interference of foreign ions.
- Tank compositions are easy to control, with wide technical parameters, which minimizes influence caused by technical fluctuations in preceding processes and by changes of technical parameters.
- Exquisite composition, selects proper surface activating agents, which avoids common sealing troubles like ash, etc.
- Improved surface luster and hardness of sealed profiles.
Operating Conditions
Cold Sealing Agent: 4 g/L
Temperature: Room temperature
PH: 5.5~6.5
Time: 5~18min (Depends on thickness of oxide film, usually 0.8~1.2μm/min)
Solution Control
- Tank liquid technical parameters under normal conditions: Ni2+ 0.8~1.2g/L, F－0.3~0.6 g/L, PH 5.5~6.5.
- Decide the volume to be added based on tank liquid test results. Generally production of one ton material approximately consumes Cold Sealing Agent 1~2kg (Calculated at 10um)
- Control PH value between 5.5 and 6.5 during production. If it is too high, use thin acetic acid (or thin fluorhydric acid) to adjust PH value; if it is too low, use thin sodium hydroxide (or thin ammonia) solvent for PH value adjustment.
