Electrolytic Coloring Additive electrolytic coloring additive is made up of several effective com positions like oxidizer, reducer, complexing agent, dispersant, penetrant, potential modifier and so on, suitable for electrolytic coloring of tin, nickel mixed salt system, and also as coloring additive for single pink salt. This product is white power, easy to dissolve in water, with stable property.
- The additive contains oxidizer, capable of effectively prevent Tin ion from natural oxidation, therefore features low consumption of Tin Sulfate.
- The additive has the composition complexing stannic, capable of greatly relieving stannic dissolving, ensuring long-term clear of tank liquid.

Solution Control
- Decide to add corresponding compositions based on test results. Tank liquid acidity is generally controlled at ph value of 0.8~1.2. Under normal conditions, when materials to be colored are 400-600m2/T, different coloring compositions: Tin sulfate: 1~2kg/T, Nickel sulfate:1~1.2kg/T, Reagent sulfuric acid: 1~1.5kg/T, Electrolytic Coloring Additive 2kg/T.
- Strictly control tank liquid temperature, too high temperature results in dark coloring, too low it will be difficult to color.
- Install filtering device to regularly clear deposits in tank, so as to avoid influencing coloring.
