Product Features
This product it made from strong oxidizer, film forming agent, inhibitor, PH buffer, and son on. In normal temperature, it can quickly form a golden film on aluminum alloy surface, which features powerful corrosion resistance, adhesiveness, and can combine with many kinds of paints and resins. This product is suitable for aluminum alloy film treatment before powder coating or painting.

Solution Control
- Tank liquid technical parameters under normal conditions：CrO3 4~8g/L, F－ 0.2~0.5g/L, PH value 1.8~2.2
- Decide the volume to be added based on tank liquid density. Generally production of one ton aluminum profiles approximately consumes Film Treatment Agent：3~5kg.
- Strictly control Ph value during production. If it too high, you may add Film Treatment Agent and nitric acid to lower it; if it is too low, dilute tank liquid to raise it.
- Chromate tank must have stirring device in it, start the agitator when operating, so as to improve evenness of chromate film.
