Product Features
This colorant produces gold color is similar to gold, with evenness, good reproduction and minimum color difference; and with excellent light resistance and weather resistance. Tank liquid is of good stability, long service life, and clear tank liquid without depositing.
Operating Conditions
Golden Coloring Additive: 44~55 g/L
Sulfuric acid: 22~28 g/L
Temperature: 25~35℃
Voltage: 10~20V
Time: 1~5 min (Depending on color shades requirement)
Solution Control
- Decide the volume to be added based on tested results of tank liquid. Generally production of one ton golden material approximately consumes titanium material approximately consumes Golden Coloring additive: 2~4Kg/T for light color;6~8Kg/T for deep color.
- When not in running, coloring tank must be covered to prevent pollutants from coming in.
