Product Features
This product is comprised of nickel salts, complexing agents, ash inhibitors, buffers, dispersants, surface active agents, and so on. Compared with other sealing agents, it has the following advantages:
- It effectively controls the forming of stains and lengthens product service life. Besides sealing organic dyestuff film, it is further used to seal transparent film, electrolytic colored film.
- Wide technical parameters with easy control of tank liquid and good stability.
- Capable of effectively prevent fading and production of white fog-like film; treated products possess superior light resistance and weather-resistance.
- Improved surface smooth and luster and hardness of sealed profiles within normal technical range.
Operating Conditions
High Temperature Sealing Agent: 5~8 g/L
Pure water (or deionized water): some
PH: 5.3~5.8
Temperature: 80~95℃
Time: 10~20min
Solution Control
- Sealing agent slotting density is 7g/L, tank liquid technical parameters under normal conditions: Ni2+ 1.4~1.8g/L, PH 5.3~5.8.
- Sealing should be done within temperature range and should not last too long; otherwise powder will appear on part surface.
- Control PH value strictly during production. Ph value can be adjusted with glacial acetic acid or thin sodium hydroxide solvent.
- During production, air stirring must be done.
