Product Features
This product is white powder solid, used to improve oxidizing liquid performance. It is exquisitely made from inhibitor, accelerator, ash inhibitor, wetter, static eliminator and so on.
- Widen oxidization temperature range: can work within the range of 20~35℃, with no need to refrigerate, just use cold running water.
- Raise current working upper limit: anodizing current density can be1.0~3.0 A/dm2.
- Raise oxidation liquid ageing upper limit: this product is capable of increasing range of AL3+、Cu2+、Fe3+ by twice or higher.
- Increase oxidation speed: this product increases oxidation speed to 0.4~1.0μm/min.

Solution Control
- For standard film, this consumption is 3~4kg/T. Consumption will increase as film thickness increases.
- This product dissolves in cold water slowly. In production, when opening jar and adding, first let the solvent dissolve and then add in tank, so as to avoid too high consumption due to effective material going to tank bottom.

25kg packaged and sealed plastic bag with outer carton. Avoid light, alkali and handle with care.
