Product Features
This product is made from inhibitors, aluminum ion complexing agents, valuable metal salts, fog inhibitors and surface active agents, etc. Compared to conventional tri-acid polishing technique, it has the following advantages:
- Improves polished profiles’ avoids metal over-corrosion or uneven corrosion.
- The use of proper inhibitors and restraining overflow of NOx at surface active agents part, eliminate environment pollution.
- Improves tank liquid stability, Technical operation is simple and easy.
Operating Conditions
Phosphoric acid: 5.0 g/L
Sulfuric acid: 5~10%
Nitric acid: 5~10%
Tri-acid Polishing Additive:20~30 g/L
Temperature: 90~120℃
Time: 30~240s (Depends on required fineness)
Solution Control

Add in the three acids based on actual production conditions, generally in this proportion: phosphoric acid/sulfuric acid /nitric acid =7/2/1 .

Adding additive may be based on surface state of materials to be polished and on practical experience, generally production of one ton material approximately consumes Tri-acid Polishing Additive 1-1.5kg.
