This product is powder solid, made from anti-reductant, complexing agent, dispersant, static eliminator, etc, Using this additive can obtain stable 18k gold color on smooth surface, which is low-cost. Color has excellent light-resistance and weather-resistance.
Operating Conditions
Potassium permanganate: 10~15 g/L
Golden coloring Additive PG: 15~20 g/L
Sulfuric acid: 20~25 g/L
PH: 0.8~1.2
Temperature: 20~26℃
Voltage: 8~12V
Time: 2~15min
Solution Control
- Decide the volume of potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid to be added based on test results. Generally production of one ton colorant consumes potassium permanganate: 5~8kg；Golden coloring Additive PG: 2~3kg.
- During production there will be deposits at tank bottom, which does not influence coloring. Regular clearing is needed.
