Smoke-free polishing agent
From inorganic acid, strong oxidizer, corrosion inhibitor, brightener, grey suppression agent, surfactant agent. It has the following advantages, while comparing with the traditional alkaline etching process:
1. Having the functions of removing oxidation film and polishing. Profile after processing are able to oxidize diretly which simplifies the process of pre-treatment.
2. Raise the gloss of profile, stability of coloring, vivid colors. Special bleaching effects for sandblasting profiles.

Alkali etching additives
Composed of various complexing agents, corrosion inhibitors, brightness regulator, cleaning agents and surface active agent. It has the following advantages, while comparing with the traditional alkaline etching agents:
1. Long life using and eliminate scratch on Aluminum profile. Capable of using on glossy and mat suface.
2. Stronger aluminum ion complexation capacity. Able to achieved 140 g / l without precipitation.
3. Using suitable surfactant, corrosion inhibitor. Easily flow away from Aluminum profile while removal.
4. Easier control for bath process, low Aluminum consumption, easy maintenance and management.
Room temperature / high temperature sealing agent
This product is in light green powdered solid form. Composed of Ni-F compounds, including F polymers, promoting agent, stabilizer, and infiltration of suppression gray, metal cobalt salt, dispersing agent, surfactant agent. It has the following advantages, while comparing with the traditional sealing agents:
1. Strong ability with tolerance and good quality ion interference
2. Easier to control, wide process parameters and won't affect the sealing result by changes of previous processes.
3. Compact components, by appropriate choice of surfactant to avoid common weakness during sealing.
4. Increase gloss and hardness of profiles after sealing
